Evaluating Barriers to Supply Chain Resilience in Vietnamese SMEs: The Fuzzy VIKOR Approach

This study aimed to determine and prioritize the critical barriers supply chain resilience (SCR) in Vietnamese small medium-size enterprises (SMEs), which play a crucial role global chain. Through systematic literature review expert consultation, 15 SCR were identified evaluated by using fuzzy VIKOR (ViseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) method. The findings provide novel insights into challenges of enhancing categorize three main categories: phase, strategy resilience, competencies required. results indicated that lack financial resources alternative sources are most pressing related phase group.
